Dr. Preet Goraya brings more than 20 years of executive leadership in revenue cycle management to Consensus Health, with a career defined by operational turnarounds, sustainable growth, and building high-performing RCM organizations from the ground up.
Most recently, Preet served as Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at Panoramic Health, the nation’s largest nephrology platform, where he led a full revenue cycle turnaround — restructuring operations, modernizing reporting, and driving collection performance to record levels. Prior to that, he has consulted extensively with large health systems and PE-backed MSOs, partnering directly with executive leadership to redesign billing and collections workflows, strengthen denial management, align payer contracting strategy, and build the operational infrastructure needed to support growth.
With a clinical foundation that informs how he thinks about both patient care and financial performance, Preet translates that perspective into results-driven revenue cycle strategy. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) and Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP).
His approach centers on building the right infrastructure — the people, processes, and accountability structures that allow RCM departments to scale without sacrificing performance. Leaders and boards trust him to operate in ambiguity and deliver.
Outside of work, Dr. Goraya enjoys time with his family and is a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors.
