Daniel J. Foglia serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Consensus Health, where he leads the organization’s human resources strategy and supports the continued growth of its physician-led network.
Dan brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience, with deep expertise in healthcare. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executives, physicians, and organizational leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen workplace culture, develop talent, and align people strategies with business goals.
Prior to joining Consensus Health, Dan also built a diverse career serving various corporate environments as a consultant, advising well-known organizations and executive leaders on complex workforce and organizational matters. This breadth of experience has given him a unique perspective on navigating change, supporting organizational growth, and building effective people strategies across a variety of industries and environments.
Dan holds a graduate degree in healthcare administration and is an active HR thought leader, speaker, and educator. He is passionate about creating workplaces where people can do their best work while helping organizations build the talent and culture needed for long-term success.
