Jen Clair is a senior finance and analytics leader with expertise in healthcare payment models, actuarial analytics, and data-driven finance operations. Most recently, she served as CFO and Chief Analytics Officer at Village Medical, a national risk-based primary care group serving more than 2 million Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid patients annually. In this role, she led financial operations, actuarial analytics, and the development of docOSTM— VillageMD’s proprietary EMR-integrated AI platform.
Prior to Village Medical, Jen led Healthcare Analytics and Medical Economics at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem), and contributed to clinical and outcomes research across multiple organizations. Her work consistently bridges financial performance with analytics insights to optimize payer strategies and support practice and care-model innovation.
Outside of work, Jen and her husband enjoy the outdoors while keeping up with their three school-aged children in a coastal community just outside of Richmond, VA.
