As Vice President, Human Resources and Compliance Officer, Liz provides strategic and transformational leadership in the area of company culture, talent management, and leadership development. Liz oversees a team of experts in employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, talent management, and learning & development. On the Compliance side, she oversees employee health and safety, risk management and all regulatory compliance matters.
Liz has over 28 years of progressive Human Resources and Compliance experience in both the food manufacturing and healthcare industries, including Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at Specialty Health, LLC, a hospital chain in PA, KY and MI; Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Greater Hazleton Health Alliance with 3 locations in Pennsylvania; Vice President of Human Resources and Development for Eagleville Hospital in Pennsylvania; Regional Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations for Dean Foods with responsibility for 14 locations across 6 mid-Atlantic states.
Liz holds a Bachelor Degree from Bloomsburg University in Mass Communications with a minor in Personnel and Public Relations, as well as a Master degree from University of Leicester in Human Resources & Organizational Development. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI and holds a certification from Penn State University as a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from AlliedSignal. She is also a former board member of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce as well as a life-long volunteer for the United Way and Make-a-Wish Foundations.
